Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Training Manager to support training and daily operations of our security team. The role involves training security guards, assisting with attendance and reporting, and managing operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and guide security guards as per company SOPs
  • Assist in daily operations and take charge when Operations Manager is absent
  • Support attendance tracking, shift allocation, and reporting
  • Coordinate with supervisors and ensure discipline and compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Experience in security operations and/or training
  • Ability to manage teams and handle field staff
  • Basic computer and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of using Ms. Excel and Google sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
