About the Role

We’re seeking a Site Attendance Coordinator to oversee and ensure the punctuality and presence of skilled construction laborers across multiple sites. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency, attendance accuracy, and transparent reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Attendance Tracking: Record worker attendance accurately in Excel, and update logs daily.
  • Worker Communication: Call workers each morning to confirm their arrival at assigned sites and their task readiness.English is must
  • Report Generation: Produce daily, weekly, or as-needed reports summarizing attendance, work progress, and any discrepancies.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and relay concerns—no-shows, delays, or deviations in work—to project leads or on-site supervisors.
  • Data Management: Maintain clean and accessible Excel spreadsheets; organize data to spot attendance patterns or issues.
  • Coordination with Supervisors: Communicate attendance updates and delays to site supervisors promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to attendance tracking and reporting procedures for smoother operations.
