Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Operational & Administrative Coordination

Manage ongoing coordination across admissions, outreach, marketing, and partnerships.

Ensure timely follow-ups, task tracking, and operational continuity across cities.

Act as a central point of contact for admission teams across multiple locations.

2. Communication & Liaison

Bridge communication between outsourcing partners (website, CRM, digital marketing) and internal stakeholders.

Interface professionally with consultants, vendors, and collaborating institutions.

3. Data Research & Support for Decision Making

Conduct secondary research and gather actionable data to support leadership strategies.

Build dashboards, presentations, and reports to guide timely and informed decision-making.

4. Reporting & Tech-Driven Enablement

Implement efficient reporting systems, ensure real-time status updates.

Recommend and manage tech solutions to enhance productivity.

5. Travel & On-Ground Coordination

Willingness to travel across cities for events, admissions, and inter-campus collaboration.

Who Should Apply?

2–5 years of experience in education management, edtech, operations, or consulting roles.

Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.

Proficiency in digital tools for dashboards, data analysis, and quick reporting.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Working knowledge of digital marketing & CRM systems is a must.
