As an Assistant to the Executive Assistant (EA), you will be integral in ensuring seamless executive operations and supporting strategic objectives.Role & Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Assistant in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and various departments, fostering effective communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and communications, ensuring trust and professional integrity.
  • Support in project management, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including office supplies management and communication with vendors.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred

  • Prior experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience in dealing with high-level executives and confidentiality.
