Lead & manage a team of 10–12 tele sales executives.
Monitor daily performance & coach the team to achieve 150–200 calls/day.
Support in closing high-ticket sales (₹1,00,000+ per course).
Analyze sales data, prepare reports & share insights.
Drive team motivation and exceed revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3–4 years’ experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling (EdTech preferred).
✔ Strong team management & data management skills.
✔ Excellent communication, leadership & motivational ability.
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools & target-driven environments.
Perks:
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives
🕒 Mon–Fri: 10 AM – 7 PM | Sat: 10 AM – 1 PM
