Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing store staff. Tasks include handling customer service inquiries, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining an organized and efficient store environment. The role also involves monitoring inventory, assisting in staff training, and ensuring all store policies and procedures are followed.
