Experience: 2 to 5 years in Retail Store Operations
Qualification: Any Graduate (preferably with Retail Management background)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision
• Ensure smooth store functioning (sales, stock, customer service)
• Lead team during shift operations — motivating, training & monitoring KPIs
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met
• Handle customer escalations & provide best-in-class service
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with backend teams
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols

✅ Desired Profile:

• Retail background must, preferably in Apparel, Fashion, Gaming, or Entertainment
• Strong team handling & leadership skills
• Energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven
• Good communication (English + regional language)
• Open to working in rotational shifts & weekends
