Job Description

Role Overview: As a Procurement Manager at the CLIENT account team, your role involves executing procurement strategies for facility services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with sourcing and contracting standards set by Jones Lang LaSalle. Key Responsibilities: - Issuing purchase orders to vendors in a timely manner based on POs/Cost sheets - Maintaining the PO tracker as per the agreed format and sharing it with the Finance and Operations team - Overseeing the JDE team management - Maintaining all procurement and savings related data - Ensuring data security and sharing on a need-to-know basis - Checking and processing vendor invoices Qualifications Required: - Superior interpersonal and communication skills - Strong PC skills, organizational skills, and strong analytical ability - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus - 5 to 6 years of purchasing experience - Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle - Graduate degree required; Diploma in Supply Chain Management and postgraduate degree in Management preferred Additional Details: You will be measured against JLL KPIs related to customer satisfaction, savings, supplier management, best practices, and innovation.
