Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery such as compression and capsule filling equipment
• Ability to understand user requirements and convert leads into orders by preparing technical scopes and quotations
• Conduct customer visits for inspection of machines related to retrofitting and upgradation
• Provide effective solutions to resolve customer issues and requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, planning, and service to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, machine evaluations, and service reports
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in pharma machinery
• Support the sales team with technical inputs during client negotiations and proposal development
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols during machine upgrades and installations
• Train junior staff or technicians on machinery handling and troubleshooting techniques
