Assistant Service Manager

You will be working as an Assistant Service Manager at Fettling Automation, a company specializing in providing fettling shop equipment solutions for foundries in India. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing service operations, managing a team of service technicians, coordinating with clients for service-related issues, ensuring timely maintenance and repair of equipment, tracking service metrics, reporting on service activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must possess technical knowledge of fettling shop equipment such as grinding, degating, and cutting tools. Additionally, you should have experience in team management and leadership, problem-solving and troubleshooting, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, requiring exposure to travelling and working at customer sites. Previous experience in the foundry industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred for this role.,
