Job Description

You will be working as an Assistant Manager Services in Delhi and your core responsibilities will include identifying, investigating, and efficiently resolving users" problems related to software and hardware issues. You will need to handle field support inquiries through various channels such as phone calls, chat, email, and other communication methods. Guiding users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, documenting detailed records of user interactions, collaborating with the service center for repair or replacement of defective products, ensuring timely communication with users, staying updated on the latest software and hardware developments, providing technical expertise and mentorship to junior support staff, and performing other related duties as assigned by management. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in a computer-related field (3 Yrs Diploma /B.E./B. tech-EC/ IT) along with at least 2+ years of experience in a tech support profile. You should possess excellent troubleshooting skills, good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
