Key Responsibilities Sales Performance: Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, visual merchandising, and ensuring store hygiene. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends for pre-owned electronics and competitor activities to help develop effective sales strategies. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the electronics or gadgets sector. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil. Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
