Role Description

🔹 Answer guest queries via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

🔹 Upsell apartments across the APAC region, using your best sales techniques to close deals.

🔹 Convert leads into successful bookings, driving revenue growth alongside your team.

🔹 Address customer complaints promptly and maintain an excellent calling TAT (Turnaround Time).

🔹 Constantly seek out new revenue-generating opportunities to help meet organizational targets.

🔹 Ensure client details are complete and that you have a strong knowledge of our offerings and competitors.

🔹 Provide personalized services that meet the individual needs of each customer, securing long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

 Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Sales-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach.

Knowledge of the APAC market is a plus!

Preferably from travel /hospitality industry
