ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Supervision and Leadership: Assist in the management and supervision of the training team, including Trainers and Coaches.
• Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve service level.
• Monitoring the performance of the team.
• Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase good service.
• Regularly attending meetings and training sessions.
• Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be graduated.

• Must be fluent in English and Telugu.

• Must have 2 years experience as ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES IN ANY OUTBOUND SALES PROCESS IN ANY BPO.

• Proven experience in Sales Process.

• Should have good knowledge with Dialer concept

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
