As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, forging strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Responsibilities:  Promoting and Selling Real Estate Projects/properties in and around Chandigarh.  One on One Meetings with Interested clients in Tricity (Chandigarh).  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.  Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.  Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to attract and retain clients.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.  Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market demands.  Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.  Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to drive continuous improvement and maximize sales effectiveness.  Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).  Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.  Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.  Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret sales data, identifies trends, and makes data driven decisions.  Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.  Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
