Job Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager HORECA, based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Your focus will be on building new HORECA partnerships, supporting distributors, and ensuring Swas strong market presence in restobars, cafs, hotels, and cloud kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume & value) within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, onboard, and activate distributors across Hyderabad and key southern cities.
  • Drive new business development by acquiring HORECA clients including cafes, restaurants, bars, and hotels.
  • Represent Swa during product demos, sampling sessions, and brand activations to build brand visibility.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to execute go-to-market strategies for new products and markets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales trackers, and reports to ensure pipeline visibility and sales forecasting.
  • Stay updated on local F&B trends to tailor sales approaches and meet customer demands effectively.
  • Engage with mixologists, chefs, consultants, and influencers to creatively expand Swas market presence.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales targets (volume & value).
  • Number of new HORECA accounts acquired.
  • Distributor activation rate and their sales performance.
  • Frequency and effectiveness of demos and field visits.
  • Accuracy and timeliness in sales reporting and CRM updates.
  • Client retention and upselling success ratio.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in the F&B, beverages, or HORECA segment.
  • Proven track record in distributor management and trade channel sales, preferably in South India.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and solution-selling skills.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and adaptable to a startup environment.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and English is an advantage.
