Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and develop new customer leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking. Client Engagement & Site Visits – Meet potential buyers, explain project details, and conduct property site visits to showcase plots and features. Sales Conversion & Negotiation – Follow up with leads, negotiate prices and terms, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor pricing, and market developments to position offerings effectively. Reporting & Coordination – Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM tools, and coordinate with internal teams (marketing, documentation, finance) for seamless operations.
