Job Summary: We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our real estate office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front-desk service, handle administrative tasks efficiently, and support the real estate team to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients, visitors, and agents warmly and professionally. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents and management. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services. Assist with listing paperwork, MIS & MPS data entry, and updating property databases. RNR Reports, Monthly Sales Reports, HR Activities. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Provide administrative support to agents and brokers as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and client data. Coordinate meetings, open houses, and events logistics when needed.
