Role Overview:

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and onboard new clients for CPaaS services
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Pitch CPaaS solutions (WhatsApp API, Bulk SMS, Voice, RCS, etc.) tailored to client needs
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

    in CPaaS / cloud communication sales
  • Strong understanding of APIs, messaging platforms (WhatsApp, RCS, SMS), and enterprise communications
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
  • Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of the A2P messaging industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite


Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting
  • Existing client network in telecom, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or ed-tech industries
