Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who has a proven track record in selling CPaaS solutions . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling APIs or cloud communication services to businesses and enterprises.This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Noida. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing relationships with clients, conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and onboard new clients for CPaaS services Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Pitch CPaaS solutions (WhatsApp API, Bulk SMS, Voice, RCS, etc.) tailored to client needs Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in CPaaS / cloud communication sales Strong understanding of APIs, messaging platforms (WhatsApp, RCS, SMS), and enterprise communications Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research skills Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of the A2P messaging industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Preferred: Experience with CRM tools and reporting Existing client network in telecom, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or ed-tech industries Compensation: Competitive Salary + High Incentives + Performance Bonuses
