Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team management, and client relationship building. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Set monthly/quarterly targets and ensure consistent performance tracking.

Client Management:

  • Handle high-value clients and close major deals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales executives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Allocate leads to the team and ensure timely follow-ups.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
  • Monitor CRM systems to track lead status and team productivity.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with market demand.
  • Participate in property expos, promotional events, and campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in real estate sales and team management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in residential or commercial real estate.
  • Knowledge of digital sales and online property listing platforms.
  • Existing network of brokers and clients is a plus.
