Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru East. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in managing the sales team, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building client relationships. The role includes coordinating with marketing and project teams, preparing sales reports, and contributing to sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of developing sales strategies and plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and project teams
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing data
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
