Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Pune. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the production team to ensure order fulfillment. The role requires active engagement in customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Market Research and Sales Strategy Development experience
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
