Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and prompt responses. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (preferably with a 4/5-star hotel). Strong network with corporate clients, travel trade, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) segments. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
