Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to manage field marketing activities, develop customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of flexible packaging products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote KLM products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales volume.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations at customer locations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet company targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in any specialization.
• 4- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the flexible packaging or related industry.
• Knowledge of paper bags, polythene bags, shrink films, printed bags, and flexo printed bags is a plus.
• Strong field sales and marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with product knowledge of plastic films, LD/HD polythene, and packaging materials.
• Familiarity with courier bags and sales development strategies.
