We are seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to manage field marketing activities, develop customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of flexible packaging products. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote KLM products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales volume. Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations at customer locations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet company targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Required Qualifications: Diploma in any specialization. 4- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the flexible packaging or related industry. Knowledge of paper bags, polythene bags, shrink films, printed bags, and flexo printed bags is a plus. Strong field sales and marketing skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with product knowledge of plastic films, LD/HD polythene, and packaging materials. Familiarity with courier bags and sales development strategies.
