Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role of Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate based in Gurugram. The role involves managing and guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and drive business growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, identifying new sales opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies. The Assistant Sales Manager will also oversee day-to-day team operations and contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Proficiency in market analysis and report preparation
