Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for 2 Assistant Sales Managers located in New Delhi and Mumbai. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving sponsorship sales and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client databases, preparing sales presentations, and supporting the overall sales strategy. The role also involves liaising with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of sponsorship agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Understanding of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship Sales
• Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and proposals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
• Prior experience in the sports industry is a plus
