This is a full-time Assistant Sales Manager role at INVESTOR ARENA CONSULTING PVT LTD located in Noida. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through client relationships and business development.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals.
Manage client relationships, understand investment needs, and present suitable property options.
Generate leads via networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and targeted outreach.
Guide clients through site visits, negotiations, and documentation.
Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives (if applicable).
