Assistant Sales Manager IAS (Industrial & Architectural Screens)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Product Selection & Sizing

    : Select and size various products, including

    screen baskets, nozzles, flat panels, laterals, DSMs

    , etc., to meet client specifications.
  • Customer & OEM Support

    : Provide expert support to customers and OEMs on

    process improvements and screening recommendations

    .
  • Sales Cycle Management

    : Conduct compelling

    technical presentations

    , develop detailed proposals, and lead

    price negotiations

    to close deals.
  • Project Management

    : Manage key projects, including

    contract review, risk analysis, cost estimation, and delivery planning

    .
  • Market Intelligence

    : Track

    competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry requirements

    to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    : Collaborate effectively across functions to improve

    quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education

    :

    B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

  • Experience

    :

    10-12 years of sales experience

    in

    screening/filtration solutions

    across process industries.
  • Core Skills

    : Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Technical Aptitude

    : Demonstrated technical aptitude in

    mechanical systems and solid/liquid separation processes

    .
  • Software Proficiency

    : Proficient in

    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    .
  • Language & Travel

    : Fluent in English; willingness to travel extensively and support cross-regional teams.
