Job Description

Role & responsibilities : 1. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by selling HDFC Life insurance products through direct sales channels . 2. Field Sales: Engage in field sales activities, including meeting potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with HDFC Life's insurance products, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and sales processes. Preferred candidate profile : 1. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field. 2. Proven sales track record, with a consistent achievement of sales targets. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships. 4.
