Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales Experience: 2-3 Years (Direct Sales) Industry: Any Industry with Project Management Background (preferably IT) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Assistant Manager – Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of direct sales experience and a strong foundation in project management. This role requires a quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, eager to understand our products and services deeply and contribute meaningfully to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and drive direct sales activities to achieve assigned revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and prospective clients. Execute solution selling strategies and present tailored sales presentations and demonstrations. Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through prospecting and business development activities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns. Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales reports and forecast sales pipeline. Support the sales team in project sales and key account management. Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in B2B sales environments. Experience or background in project management is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficient in sales presentation, product demonstrations, and solution selling. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills. Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.
