Assistant Sales Manager – Enterprise Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise accounts across industries.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized communication solutions (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, RCS, Email, Chatbot).
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to drive strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Enterprise / B2B sales

✅ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✅ Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and influence outcomes.

✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

✅ MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
