Profile: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Location: Hyderabad

Reporting Line: Expedia Management / Dex Group Management

Note - Candidates must be from travel industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Being available as a key point of contact for the travel agents.
• Daily visit of 5-7 travel agents to address their queries.
• Daily update on Performance and activities on CRM tool / salesforce.
• Weekly update on Performance & Activities to SR. KAM.
• Facilitate information required by Agents in the region.
• Collect, consolidate and present market intelligence.
• Ability to Attain Targets registrations & activation of agents in territory.
• Communicate (email, calls, visits) travel agents in territory.
• Ensure timely generation & delivery of information to Travel Agents.
• Trouble-Shoot Travel Agents issues.
• Ensure efficiency in terms of Response/ Reaction Time to Travel Agents.
• Participate in weekly and monthly Management Meeting and follow agreed time-lines on agenda.
• Support sales, marketing & promotion activities with Travel Agents.
• Relationship building with Travel Agents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
