Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to generate sales leads.
• Input and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems and Google Sheets.
• Utilize Excel for report generation and analysis, providing insights into sales performance.
• Generate site visit opportunities through strategic telesales efforts.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients to showcase our Product.
• Conduct site visits directly with clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the offerings.
• Address client queries and concerns during site visits to maximize sales potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
