Job Title: Ast. Sales Manager

Reports To: National Sales Manager

Location: Delhi - NCR

No of Positions: 1

What will you bring?

•Achieving sales targets for the Civil segment by meeting and negotiating sales with contractors in the civil segment and by meeting and influencing end clients (PWD, CPWD, NHAI, Indian Railways etc) and civil consultants.

•Generating enquiries by visiting end clients, consultants, contractors and project sites.

•Conducting seminars, presentations, site demonstrations, site anchor testing and site training to create awareness and to support customers.

•Based in Delhi, the role would also involve increasing market penetration by visiting project sites and customers in North , individually and along with the team, as per the customer or project requirement.

•Regular assessment of current and future market potential by entering project and customer information in CRM.

•Keeping the management abreast of the emerging trends in the market by keeping track of new developments in the market including analysis of competition.

Must have skills and requirements:

• Needs to exhibit pro- a c t i v e h a n d s - o n behaviour, willingness to network with customers and willingness to visit project sites.
• Solution-Based Selling, relationship building and networking, market and industry awareness
• Good verbal and written English mandatory; good presentation skills mandatory and valid driving license

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech mandatory. M.B.A. would be given preference.

• 3 to 10 years of experience of industry experience
