Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager with proven experience in the cosmetic industry. The role involves supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Assist the Sales Manager in setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute business development plans
  • Identify potential market opportunities and expand customer base.

2. Team Management & Support

  • Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and provide training when required.
  • Ensure the team adheres to company sales processes and policies.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients.
  • Address escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet client needs.

4. Market & Product Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and merchandising plans.
  • Provide feedback to management on product improvements and new launches.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports for management review.
  • Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 3–10 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in the cosmetic/beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good analytical skills for sales data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the cosmetic industry.
  • Fluency in local language and English.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 20000-50000 + Incentives
