Sales Executive - Male

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Male Sales Executives to join our jewellery showroom. The role involves assisting customers, promoting jewellery collections, and ensuring high-quality customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs and preferences.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of product lines, new arrivals, and promotions.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and arrangement of jewellery counters.
• Handle billing, sales documentation, and payment processes accurately.
• Provide after-sales support including exchange, repair, and customization queries.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
• Adhere to company policies on grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: Minimum Degree (preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years in retail sales (jewellery experience preferred, but freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality, good grooming, and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer and billing knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
