Telecalling Executive

Role Overview:

TT Jewellery is looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team remotely. The primary responsibility of this role is to verify and validate customer information and ensure the accuracy of data collected during telemarketing or sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Information Verification: Make outbound verification calls to confirm and validate customer details such as name, contact information, and other relevant data.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure all customer data entered into the system is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to customers to clarify or update any discrepancies or incomplete information.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of verification outcomes, including updates made to customer profiles.
• Compliance: Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on verification outcomes, highlighting any issues or trends that may require attention.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or data verification roles is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in verifying and recording customer information.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using computer systems and basic data entry.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple verification tasks efficiently.
