cKers Finance (pronounced 'seekers) is a specialized financier focused on the sustainable energy market in India. We cater to segments such as rooftop solar, electric vehicles, storage, solar pumps, and energy efficiency. Our team has extensive experience in financing Decentralized Renewable Energy (DRE) and Energy Efficiency projects, using customized frameworks and innovative asset-backed financing approaches. We are supported by cKinetics, Infuse Ventures, IIM Ahmedabad's CIIE, and the California Clean Energy Fund.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in sales operations, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include market research, preparing sales proposals, liaising with clients, and supporting the sales team to meet targets.

Qualifications

Experience in sales operations and client relationship management
Skills in developing and implementing sales strategies
Strong market research and analysis capabilities
Proficiency in preparing sales proposals and presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the sustainable energy sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
