Role: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts cKers Finance (pronounced 'seekers') is an innovative NBFC offering specialized debt products in the renewable energy, green mobility and other sustainability spaces. cKers is looking to recruit Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts, based at New Delhi. The ideal candidate is someone who is outcome oriented and looking to be part of a young finance institution that is beginning to make waves. We are an innovation led market-maker venture for debt financing of sustainable energy segments in India. We are developing new instruments for project and asset finance and building data around new segment risk metrics. Position Deliverables The role envisages the following: Manage all day-to-day accounting transaction, verification and payment of vendor bills, employees travel bills etc Payment of statutory dues like TDS, GST, EPF etc Preparing Monthly/periodically account reconciliations and Month end book closer activities. Preparing Monthly MIS Thorough working knowledge of GST (GSTR1, 2A, 3B), TDS, and other tax matters. Filing the GST returns, TDS returns, issue for 16, 26AS reconciliation etc., Responsible for financial/reports preparation & reporting on quarterly basis to Investors Assisting in preparation for periodically compliance to RBI and other statutory bodies Working knowledge of secretarial compliances Preparing the audit schedules and resolving the audit queries and responsible for documentation Assist with Tax Audits and Annual Tax Returns About you You are a proactive and are looking to take on independent responsibility You can work as an independent contributor with little/ no support You must have CA Semi qualified with 5-6 years of experience in accounts and taxation Hands-on and good inter-personal skills, with a go-getter attitude Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel It would be nice if you had: Prior NBFC experience Knowledge of Statutory compliance applicable to NBFC Location Base: New Delhi, India Show more Show less
