Key responsibilities include:

Strategic responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.

• Identify and manage design-in and design-win opportunities.

• Track and forecast long-term customer demand and sales pipeline.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide business decisions.

• Drive business development in new markets, segments, or technologies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with FAEs, marketing, and logistics teams.

• Promote the companys value proposition and technical strengths.

• Support digital transformation through CRM and data-driven sales processes.

• Contribute to demand planning and inventory optimization.

• Develop strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technology forums.

• Maintain a long-term customer relationship strategy focused on retention and growth.

• Provide market intelligence feedback to management and product teams.

• Identify and mitigate business risks in supply chain or account dependency.

• Align sales objectives with organizational growth strategy.

• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on collaboration and innovation.

To qualify for the role, you must have –

  • Required Education and Experience in Diploma / Degree in Electronics Technology
  • Selling Skills, Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Team Player
  • Good interpersonal skills- good relationships and contact with customers.
  • Willing to travel extensively in assigned territory or pan India if required.
