As a Sales Manager at our company, your role involves driving sales and revenue for the assigned coworking space. Your primary objective is to achieve monthly sales targets by conducting client visits, negotiating deals, and closing seats. In addition, you will be responsible for expanding channel partner networks, maintaining CRM hygiene for efficient tracking, and delivering excellent after-sales support to retain existing customers. Staying informed about competitor activities, industry launches, pricing, and market trends is also crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the assigned coworking space to meet monthly sales targets through client visits and seat closures. - Expand channel partner networks to boost sales and revenue. - Maintain CRM hygiene for accurate tracking and timely follow-ups. - Collaborate with the operations team to address client issues within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). - Stay updated on competitor activities, industry launches, pricing, and the coworking market scenario. - Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention. - Identify new sales funnels and opportunities to drive business growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or a related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Preferably experience in Corporate Sales within the Hospitality industry. - Proficiency in customer account management and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. - Strong communication and convincing skills, with a preference for experience in the commercial Real Estate Industry. - Ability to engage with young startups, SMEs, and corporates while fostering enduring relationships.
