Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Coimbatore. The selected candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, property sales coordination, and achieving monthly sales targets through strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and convert potential clients for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client negotiations.Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups.Collaborate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to meet sales goals.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and client interactions.Ensure smooth documentation, compliance, and timely closure of deals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or business development preferred.
Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil Malayalam and Telugu.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Requirements:

Must own a personal laptop.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a strong team player.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 per month.
