Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Operations Head
Job Summary:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, smooth staff coordination, and effective inventory and cost control. The ARM helps lead the team to uphold brand standards and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent quality in food and service.
• Support in managing staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Address customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Help execute marketing and promotional activities.
• Generate daily/weekly sales and operations reports as needed.
• Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in food service or restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
