About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and assist the Restaurant Manager in leading the team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospitality/restaurant management and a passion for delivering top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service standards
• Handle reservations, guest concerns, and feedback
• Support inventory control, ordering, and stock management
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• Train and motivate team members for better efficiency and service
• Assist with financial reporting, billing, and cost control
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
