Assistant Restaurant Manager – Cloud Kitchen & Catering Services

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing Cloud Kitchen and Catering operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the founders in business operations and growth. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily kitchen, catering, and delivery operations to ensure efficiency and consistency. Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Handle purchasing of raw materials, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain cost control. Inventory Management: Track and manage stock levels, implement systems to minimize wastage, and ensure timely replenishment. POS & Order Management: Supervise POS operations, order tracking, and ensure accuracy in billing and reporting. Recruitment & Team Management: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising kitchen and service staff; ensure high team morale and productivity. Quality & Hygiene Compliance: Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with FSSAI and safety norms. Customer Coordination: Support client interactions for catering events and ensure smooth service delivery. Reporting & Coordination: Work closely with the founders to implement strategies, review performance, and plan for growth. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant, cloud kitchen, or catering operations. Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, and POS systems. Experience in team management and staff recruitment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
