Roll Master

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Roll Master to join our cloud kitchen team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing a variety of rolls (veg and non-veg), ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and speed. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food handling, and team coordination is essential. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a wide range of rolls (Kathi rolls, Frankie, wraps, etc.) with consistent quality. Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders in a fast-paced cloud kitchen setup. Marinate, grill, and cook fillings (veg & non-veg) while maintaining authentic flavors. Maintain stock of ingredients, chutneys, sauces, and breads/parathas. Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Work closely with helpers and delivery coordination staff. Ensure portion control and minimize wastage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Roll Master / Roll Chef. Strong knowledge of Indian street-style rolls and flavor profiles. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-order-volume environment. Good communication and teamwork skills.
