Job Description

1️⃣ Coordinate hospital-wide Quality & Patient Safety initiatives, driving NABH accreditation, audits, and continuous improvement across multiple centers.
2️⃣ Build and strengthen Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs, and patient-centered care practices in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams.3️⃣ Monitor and analyze patient safety incidents, KPIs, and feedback data, implementing corrective and preventive actions for measurable improvements.4️⃣ Train, mentor, and engage hospital teams on quality standards, infection control, and accreditation readiness.5️⃣ Be a key link between regional hospitals and corporate quality leadership, ensuring standardization, compliance, and knowledge sharing.Qualifications: MHA/Healthcare Management (preferred), NABH/Lean Six Sigma exposure, 2-3 years in hospital quality, tertiary care experience as an advantage.
