Roles and Responsibilities 1. Execute multiple projects and ensure flawless execution in all. Within time and budget 2. Co-ordinate with external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery 3. Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in new product development. Both Internal and external product development drives 4. Prepare BOQs, assisting in developing products 5. Manage customer expectations and provide necessary information to assist in customer's product development cycle. 6. Prepare project reports and other relevant QMS documentations. 7. Assist Sales teams with project cost estimate and timelining 8.Experience in handling customer, sensing customer intent. Desired Candidate Profile 1. CAD (NX, Catia or Solid-edge) 2. Project/program management certification is added advantage. 3. Good communication skills are a must. 4. Good understanding of Frist principle costings. 5. Sound mechanical Engineering fundamentals 6. Sound manufacturing fundamentals 7. Experience in working cross-functional teams. Familiarity with PPAP, IATF 16949 requirements is preferred, Experience in developing automotive components is a huge plus.

Role To manage the entire electrical maintenance function of the plant including Predictive, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of equipment/machinery. Manage Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery for existing and new projects. Responsibilities Implement and manage Predictive, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance schedule & systems. Conduct root-cause analyses of breakdowns, accidents, equipment failures through analysis implement the solutions to avoid recurrence of incidence. Plan & manage inventory of consumables & equipment spares. Coordinate with procurement team and equipment suppliers for finalizing specifications of machine/equipment. Formulating strategic plans to enhance OEE Overall Equipment Efficiency by minimizing equipment breakdown time. Training and skilling of juniors in the maintenance team. Manage ISO 9001-2000, 5 S & Safety standards for entire maintenance function. Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years of minimum experience in electrical maintenance. Experience in managing teams Strong fundamentals in electrical maintenance. Good understanding of PLC-controlled systems, Pneumatic & hydraulic components Temperature controllers, heating systems, motor drives
